Most people just let their lettuce go to seed and bolt and stop eating it way too early. I get major mileage out of my lettuce and greens and have some tricks up my sleeve to use it ALL! No Waste. It’s so expensive to buy good organic lettuces and greens so it’s great to always have some growing in your garden.
